Anyone else think the new redesign sucks? You now have to navigate through about 3x as many links as before. For instance, I wanted to find the review of the Beatles' "At Hollywood Bowl." Previously you'd do something like this:
1) Enter "Beatles" to search
2) click on "The Beatles"
2.5) click on "more" under compilations (sometimes)
3) scroll down to "Live at the Hollywood Bowl" and click on it
Now you have to:
1) Enter "Beatles" to search
2) click on "The Beatles"
3) click on "Discography"
4) click on "Compilations"
5) click on "Live at the Hollywood Bowl"
6) click on "read more"
Ok, maybe 2x as many links...
I mean, what's the point of having the entire review on a separate page from the tracklisting/release data?

Yes, it sucks. Much less useful. Maybe they're trying to cut down on content harvesting, but having to go to three or four different pages to find the same info you used to get in one is stupid.

I'm thinking that they wanted to segregate some of the information in a special "registered member" section...perhaps this is part of the reason that things are split up now.
Or...perhaps each click now brings up a separate ad, which means more money for allmusic. Also, they can keep better track of what information is accessed most. If you are a registered member, they can profile you better. Maybe all of the above.
Hey, I'm just glad it's still free!

PC or Mac? What versions?
Search doesn't work in IE on the Mac for some reason. I've had no problems with Mozilla/Firefox on either platform. Don't think I've tried IE on the PC.
