Two stories on the front page this morning: "Bush Administration: Spain Mishandled Early Info on Madrid Bombing" and "U.S. Raises Pakistan's Standing To 'Major' Ally."
Whaah? The Bush Administration's got the balls to point a finger elsewhere--especially regarding [gulp] the mishandling of information [Iraq's WMD, anyone?] No way, dude! And Pakistan's state-sponsored sales of nuclear technology to unsavory nations, rather than resulting in that country being leveled to the ground results instead in an upgrade to "major" ally? Ooo-wee! We are all fortunate to be living in a time of limitless possibilities. Hey, maybe tomorrow's paper will feature a story on flying pigs.
