The "continued..." at the end is reassuring. I was worried he was going to leave us hanging.

I also like how "politically correct" doesn't appear in quotes, but "tolerant," "inclusive," and "diverse" do.

People have been saying 'Happy Holidays' for as long as I've been alive...long before 'politial correctness' was in the air.

I wonder how the readers of Jewish World Review feel about Tinsley's jeering at that.

Meanwhile, I've been attempting to find "blank" holiday cards...things with a nice little wintery scene on the cover and absolutely no packaged sentiment inside. It's damn near impossible at the standard destinations, and I bet I'll have to truck on over to a stationery store.

Am I completely deluded, or was "Happy Holidays" not at one time just a way to say "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year" with a lot less syllables, rather than some liberal plot to kill the baby Jesus?

I'm too lazy to do the numbers, but I thought a flat tax needed to be 20% or more to even come close to current revenue.

I'm sure the duck could easily cut federal spending in half by eliminating "waste" and "pork." I look forward to his detailed proposal.
