Best of 2004?

I think I can see why you would say that about Good News, but I disagree. It's a definite change of pace, much more 'sloppy' and laid-back, maybe even simpler, but just different. Do you at least like "Float On"? Anything on the CD or did you just dislike the whole CD?

Actually, "Float On" was one of my least fav songs on the CD. Too derivative of The Pixies perhaps. "Bukowski" and "Ocean Breathes Salty" are very good though.

I kind of miss their "funkier" side from the Lonesome Crowded West days.
