No, that was before variable gap TAO, and the gaps were really small, not 2 seconds.

I have no idea who ever thought TAO was a good idea. There were even a few Sony burners back in the day that didn't support DAO.

CD Wave is working perfectly so far. I fixed the SBE's on 5 or 6 shows now.
