PS - Huh. General Motors isn't on the list. That's odd.

It's a bit ambiguous what "exporting jobs" means in the context of this list, anyway. If a company hires H1-Bs, does that qualify? If they open a manufacturing facility in another country, does that count? If a call center rings into the US during the day, but rolls over to another country at night, does that count?
