I just heard an interesting quote from Paul Bremer on NPR (possibly slightly paraphrased):

The terrorists are trying to deny Iraqis the opportunity to run their own country.

Discuss. Possible subjects include, but are not limited to:

1) The term "terrorist" used to describe attacks on military targets

2) The separation (and opposition) of "terrorists" and "Iraqis"

3) Who is in fact preventing Iraqi sovereignty
