I Like Bush

Postby Rspaight » Sat Sep 27, 2003 10:22 am

Just got a spam telling me to support our leader by buying stuff here:

The thought of hordes of right-wingers wearing "I Like Bush" T-shirts is pretty funny.

I also like the "Bush Country" map, highlighting the vast stretches of uninhabited desert where Bush won in 2000. They claim that "proves" Bush won. I wasn't aware elections were decided by who carried the counties with the largest total acreage. Hafta to check that out...

I get bombarded with Republican Committee emails, for some odd reason, and I don't even waste my time, reading them.

It's part of the political landscape to buy this junk, and collect it. I'm wondering if ANY of this money, here, gets to the presidential committee. Something tells me "No", in this case.

When I checked the link, it indicated the "I like Bush" items were on Clearance Sale.

As part of Bush's jobs for global citizens program -- all of these items are made overseas. All items are certified non-union label. The cotton is 100% exploitation provided for the that smooth silky feel.

Gosh -- I think I'll order one of these for when I got out and doorbell for Dean. Republicans get really disarmed when they see you are an independent minded thinker by showing that you like Bush, but you've decided to work for someone else.

Fortunately, I only have to wait a couple of weeks for these things to go on close-out as his poll numbers continue to decline.

Come to think of it -- I do like Bush, he's the best recruiter for the Democrats in my lifetime.

There is one infrequent BSN/SH member that used to bombard me with Republican, right-wing crappola al during the last presidential election. He tried to woo me with using the issue of race and the constant mention of JC Watts to change my views.

He hasn't mentioned one single pro-republican thing since the Iraqi war started. Gee, I wonder why?
