You should know better than to try and MAKE SENSE out of a “Mallard Fillmore” punchline. Trying to locate the humour is like trying to locate where a toenail clipping has fallen on the bathroom floor. Except that in the latter, you’re more likely to find something of value.

I'm interested in knowing what exactly the relationship between nuclear power and gas prices is. Unless there's a vast network of gasoline-powered electrical generators I'm unaware of.
Not that the other two have anything (much) to do with gas prices either, but nukes are a complete non sequitur.
