WHAT?

The policy of this administration: you fuck up ("THEY HAVE WMD! REALLY! IT WON'T COST A DIME!"), you get promoted. Is it me, or is the Bush administration *trying* to be openly contemptuous and divisive?

That, and Karen Hughes as "undersecretary of state for public diplomacy"? WTF is her qualification for that office?

I agree, Bush has given up even pretending to care what anyone thinks. "I won the election by 2%, fuck you."
