It's interesting that Tinsley seems to believe that federal employees are the only ones who don't have to work on Presidents' Day.
Also, that he clearly believes that less people should get that day off, not more.

Honestly, I don't know how to react to this one. I actually find it mildly amusing, but that's because it comes across like a parody of how right-wing nutjobs view liberals.
But Tinsley can't possibly mean it that way, can he? He actually think he's making a point about how those liberal baby boomers would rather have their daughters date pierced transgendered anarchists than clean-cut conservatives.

The Duck and Cover analysis says it all:
Pretty much everything you need to know about Mallard is summed up in this panel, and I'm not talking about the rambling incoherence and the unrecognizable caricature.
Apparently Mallard believes that the members of the Sixties generation, most of whom morphed into Yuppies, went 40 years from the late 60's until now without ever holding down a job.
