Because Tinsley doesn't draw very well.

I'm beginning to suspect that Tinsley drew a week's worth of strips on Clinton's Fox News "meltdown" (as predicted by Craig) and decided at the last minute to write new captions for the first one to turn it into a Foley strip.

The fact that Bill Clinton accused only Fox of a conservative bias proves that all other media outlets have a liberal bias.

Sadly the Ohio State University chapter is "inactive."

The link for the Boise State University chapter takes you to the campus MEChA group instead.

The College of William and Mary link is another dead end.
