I can't say I'm surprised. At the same time, I don't expect this to have any impact. When Bush gave his infamous "Levies" quote, the general response was "You're pretty full of shit." Knowing that he's personally full of shit--and that his statement was a lie instead of ignorance/intentional miscommunication--doesn't really change the reality of the event.

You libs need to move on. Bush has explained over and over that when he said that, he was referring to the "surprise" of how bad things were after the first day of "dodged a bullet" news reports.
