Back to the CD text thread - how do you put the text on to a CDR?

Most CD burning programs have a "Use CD-TEXT" option. I know EAC does. When making a copy, for example, EAC will grab all the title info from FreeDB (or whatever it is), put it in the CUE sheet, and then use that info to burn.

FYI, for some reason EAC has an "all caps" option, which will make everything uppercase. I'm not sure what the point of it is. I just find it annoying.
