Multichannel FLAC demuxing?

Hey all,
So to my great delight, I've been fooling around with that charming DVD Audio Explorer utility, and succeeded in ripping the MLP tracks from the "Rough Mix" DVDA. They ripped successfully and everything, but my poor understanding of the options available in DVDA Ripper meant that they ended up in multichannel FLAC files.
This wouldn't normally be a problem, but for some reason, none of my audio editing programs can deal with these multichannel FLACs; both Audition and Audacity crap out after loading a certain percentage of the file, for example. I *can* deal with them by decoding to multichannel WAV and then opening in Audacity, but that's a giant hassle. Consequently, I was wondering if there's any option I'm missing in flac.exe to let me take a multichannel FLAC and break it into its component pieces.
Ideas?
