Subject says it all. I have a few crippled shareware programs that do it, but I need a good free program. Standalone is preferred, but a plug-in is fine too. I believe Winamp used to do it...but I'm not so sure anymore.
Free is the key. Quality of conversion is important also.
TIA
Need free Windows WMA to WAV converter

dBpowerAMP Music Converter, perhaps? It worked well for me - I've not tried it with WMA files though.

Is dB free? I thought after 30 days, no. I'm not sure though.
