My Morning Jacket on mid-day "Conan"....The Who is

I just got through viewing the 12noon EST "Conan OBrien Show", and saw this band !

INCREDIBLE PERFORMANCE !

In a, mere, three minutes they got my attention, with all of their committment and energy and, what initially strike me, as proto-Blue Cheer psyche, DRIVING, guitar sound !

I have NEVER been this excited about a new band, like this before !

I was wondering if ANYONE else caught them on Conan, or just LOVES the band as much as I do !

Has anyone purchased, ANY, of their studio recordings, and does anyone have any personal recommendations ?

Check them out ! It's REALLY worth your time !

We Kentuckians get excited when one of our own hits the big time.

I actually know a guy who knows the brother of the drummer in Outspoken. Wish the band was actually good, in which case I'd brag about it more. (As far as I know, though, the drummer is a genius musician and a great guy. :))
