Hail to the Thief Deluxe

Is it just me, or is the "LA Version" of "I Will" on this package...not? It appears to actually be the pre-mastered version...which is something of a mindfuck, as I always assumed that these discs were just compiled from other CDs, and that version of "I Will" hasn't existed in full fidelity before now.

Thoughts?

This was just discussed on IMWAN, with someone claiming that version of "I Will" was previously released in Canada.
