The Smile Shop gone?

As of 9pm central today,
http://www.thesmileshop.net/ generates a message saying "The Smile Shop is Done." Deep links still work, but the message board appears to be gone as well.
Anybody know what's going on?

The founder, or one of the founders, of the site shut it down. There was some sort of drama about a "secret forum" that was invite only. Ian from the Smile Shop is starting his own board. Did you post there? If so what was your user name?

I had *just signed up*. It seemed to be an interesting place. God, hasn't it been around forever, though?
