I just uploaded my first video to YouTube. It's exciting!!
I have this old VHS of a 1984 concert in Japan, and I noticed that this song was not already up. Always loved those Dolton albums in Stereo which is where I first heard this song a few years back.
This is a great song I think, I hope you like it too.

I have plenty of equipment to capture analog video and edit digitally, but I had no good flash encoder, but did find this free one out there on the web.

Quality is not real bad, and it's easy to use. I found out that I could have up'd the bit rate (much higher) for better quality, but needed to see if the current size was small enough for YouTube. Turns out I had file size room to spare. I'll get the hang of larger size encodes as I get to the better or rarer stuff I have.

I just put up another video. This time I raised the bit rate of encoder much higher for nicer sound and picture. Seems that I am still way below the max limit of file size for youtube. I guess 3 min. songs are not going to be any problem. I will keep raising the encode quality and see how picture goes.
This one is Warren Zevon performing "Excitable Boy" in 1982 I think it is. Great band, great sound and performance.
