Has anyone ever made a CDR of David Bowie's Pin Ups album using the original tracks rather than Bowie's quite impressive remakes?
I'll bet it would be a good fun listen.
Sorrow still sounds great, David really made that one his own huh? Talk about an album that was mixed and mastered bright.
I think I'll do the K-Tel / Ronco version if I can find all the tracks in my humble collection.

I made a cassete version ages ago, but I think I had to skip "Everything's Alright" by The Mojos -- that was a tough one to find back then.

Yeah, now where does that one now appear? Not on British Nuggets box on Rhino.

'The British Invasion: History of British Rock Vol. 5' (Rhino 1988)
'The Beat Scene' (Deram 1998)

Thanks 801, I have that entire Invasion History set.
No excuse to not put those tracks together.
