Mrs. Miller rocks. Legend has it that she filled her mouth with ice chips while recording to achieve that "beautiful" whistling technique.

"Mrs. Miller explained her theory of using ice in the mouth prior to whistling, to achieve utmost pitch. "The skin expands and contracts depending on heat and cold..." she continued . . . "therefore the pitch can be better controlled in this manner!" This method is now being experimented with, and undergoing tests at several midwestern schools."
