Need help on a new Who DVD

Hey all,
I need some help finding what seems to be new DVD. It's called "The Who live at saratoga". A friend of mine sent the cover art telling me it's a japanese bootleg about to be released. I'd post the cover art here, but I don't seem to be able to.
