Anybody hear this? It's gotten a ton of buzz in the indie world, rivaling that of Arcade Fire's "Funeral" from last year.
First pressings are already expensive collectibles on ebay - a small depiction of Superman on the cover was used without permission and was quickly airbrushed out on later pressings - but the MUSIC has gotten really good word-of-mouth. Singer-songwriter stuff (not James Taylor shit, and not emo either), supposedly part of a planned series of concept albums covering each of the 50 states in the U.S.

No fans, eh? Well, I don't blame you. It's all right, but it ain't great. I haven't heard the predecessor, MICHIGAN, but so far, I haven't heard anything that warrants the gushing praise in, say, Pitchfork.
