Is it just Shakey, being Shakey, or are the endless changes in release schedules involving Neil Young's catalog, a little ridiculous ?
Either they are related to legitimate creative decisions, or he is having fun "dicking" around with his music company.
The delay in the archive series, the 4 missing albums, and Greendale, have become a little silly to me.
What's up with the Neil Young delays/changes in schedules ??

All I can say is that it's a good thing Neil made as a musician, because he could never hold a real job.
"Young, where's that TPS report?"
"I didn't like the font, so I'm doing it over. You know, now that I think about it, these PCs we have are really terrible. I ought to wait until we get new ones before I do that report. In fact, ignore all the reports I've given you so far. I'm gonna do 'em over again at some point in the future when the computers are better. Check back with me in a couple years."
"Young, I need that report in an hour or you're fired! And don't forget the cover sheet this time!"

Ryan, could be, about Neil, he seems to be a slave to the changing audio technology. I wonder if he, consciously, knows what he is doing ?
Other than Neil, I feel a genuine Fear to release ANYTHING, on every musician's part, these days.
As I can only perceive, from the point of view, as a Consumer, I see great hopes and hype, being placed on a small number of "popular artist"'s release date, and no matter what the previous track record of this artist, there is a BIG "let down", after it's in the stores on Tuesday.
There was a time I genuinely looked forward to a release, but these days, there is nothing special about it...and by the time I get to Best Buy/Circuit City, it isn't there anyway !
Wha happened ??????
