From what I was told, soliciting Andrew to visit this forum via PM was in and of itself the offense, regardless of whether Andrew himself complained. The idea being that the SH moderators were very sensitive to the "industry" folk on the board being drug into the FLO/SH.tv "war."
That said, I have no idea whether or not Andrew indicated that he felt harassed. His PM back to me seemed pleasant and friendly. If he was indeed annoyed, I've apologized privately and publicly for that.
