I think Love Story might have the "ambient" channel muted during the beginning, but I think the F/C reissue does, too. In fact, I think *all* versions I'm familiar with have the channel muted. Doesn't really bother me, but...
Re: Raven, I simply meant that they tend to borrow audio from other sources...that isn't a problem, but it means that there's very little "definitive" stuff on some of their releases. Love Story just happens to be a fairly obvious example. Some stuff they source themselves, of course (that fine live Easybeats comp, for example).
And Ace isn't above stealing audio. GS I Love You Too is almost totally borrowed, and Chartbusters 1 uses the Storm remix of Walk Away Renee...
