Luke, did you make this?

There's a bootleg called "Next Sessions" that I've read about, and here's what one guy describes it as:

Details: Some Who's Next remixes, as well as the studio outtake 'Time Is Passing.' The latter was put together by an ambitious fan using two mono recordings, one from the Odds & Sods reissue and the other from a bootleg. Together you finally hear how the song was intended to sound, with the steel guitar and keyboard tracks adding different elements.

Did Luke make this boot, or did some enterprising individual(s) download the mp3 from Luke's site and use that?

I didn't make the boot, but I'd be 99.9% sure that's my version of Time Is Passing (one of them). It might have been from MP3, but I also sent it out to a number of people on CD with LALC.
