I suppose it's anyone's guess as to the source.

Con Le Mie Lacrimme doesn't have the usual harpsichord overdub.

It's pretty late, so I didn't catch that PIB difference--nice. I'd like to compare the quality of this stereo version of "Mother Baby" with the mono mix. It'll have to wait until tomorrow though.

Cool set. New stuff and some nice upgrades. First stereo version of mother baby (I've heard) that doesn't sound like a hollow wonky mess. Nice finds on the Chess material too.

As for Wooden ships, since this was an impromptu session I suppose there could be a number of reasons why the first verse isn't there. Stills may have just wanted to get the verse he came up with on tape, as well as the general feel of the song. He does mention the session was simply an attempt to g...

Pretty cool. I've always wondered how far back some of that early CSN material went. If this session was April 26, 1968, it was before the Springfield's last concert. I wonder if that date is correct. I don't have the booklet in front of me, but isn't the Four Days Gone demo on the BS box from arou...

I've been buying the Japan-made Fujis for years, but I'm no longer finding them in local stores. The Fujis are all made in Taiwan or Malaysia. (Malaysia? I hadn't noticed those before.) I'm not seeing Japan-made CDRs for other brands either. As per threads at "that other place", I've foun...

Not sure whether I'd be more worried about being killed by the train or a heart attack.

No need for that. I've got turntable powered by a suspended weight--gravity knows no hiccups.

I sell it to you cheap.

No joke. An amazing turn of events so far, esp. with the Rumsfeld bonus.

Here in Florida, voters added some Dem seats to the state house and senate, but approved a theme park a mile from my little hamlet. Fuck.

It is missing the horn (?) and goes on a bit longer at the end, at least compared w/what's on my old FTF LP.

Very nice to hear those stereo harmonies.
